The first stop of this intimate excursion will take you to a family farm west of the Ashley River where bees reign supreme. Beekeeper Eli Wolfe and Michael Moore of Eli and Junior’s Honey will introduce you to the craft of the comb while you enjoy honey-spiked cocktails. Next, you have permission to unleash all your outdoor curiosities for a bit of foraging with Southern wild edible expert, Chris Bennett. Later, satisfy your busybee appetite with a stellar lunch prepared by Red Drum Chef Ben Berryhill and team in their East of the Cooper dining room where you can expect even more honey-spiked bites and sips and allow yourself to get buzzed in every possible way.
